Returns & Exchanges

At Face Reality Skincare, we want you to be fully satisfied with your acne-safe journey. If a product isn't working for your skin, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Support team or your Certified Acne Specialist to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original containers and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
